Double Arm Sigma Mixer (Z-Blade Mixer) is designed for homogeneous mixing and kneading of dense, viscous, and high-solids mixtures. Two Z-shaped blades provide a powerful kneading and mixing action, helping the ingredients mix evenly and allowing the product to reach the desired consistency.

The machine can be used particularly for the production of protein bars, energy bars, confectionery products, halva, fudge, caramel-based mixtures, and other high-viscosity food products.
