makinateklif.com is an online listing and quote platform where users can publish listings for machinery, equipment, vehicles and similar goods and receive/send quotes from sellers. makinateklif.com acts as an intermediary service provider and is not the seller or buyer of the goods/services in listings.
2. Definitions
User: anyone who visits or uses the Platform.
Member: a user who registers by creating an account.
Content: listings, images, videos, messages and other data provided by users.
3. User Obligations
Use the Platform only for lawful purposes,
Provide accurate and up-to-date information,
Respect the intellectual property, personality and privacy rights of third parties,
Protect account security and keep login credentials confidential.
4. Prohibited Uses
Publishing misleading, fake, unlawful or false listings/content,
Offering prohibited or restricted goods/services,
Spam, fraud, phishing or distribution of malware,
Automated data collection (scraping), attempts to bypass Platform security and behavior that overloads systems,
Harassing other users or using their data without permission.
5. Listings and Content Responsibility
The user who provides listings and content is responsible for their accuracy, lawfulness and currency. makinateklif.com may decline to publish, edit or remove non-compliant content without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Platform's software, design, brand, logo and content belong to makinateklif.com or its licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without permission. The user represents that it holds the necessary rights to the content it uploads.
7. Third-Party Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. makinateklif.com is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
8. Disclaimer of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is". makinateklif.com does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, makinateklif.com is not liable for transactions between users, listing content or any resulting damages.
9. Changes and Suspension of the Service
makinateklif.com may change, suspend or terminate all or part of the Platform at any time. In case of non-compliant use, access may be restricted or the account closed.
10. Data Protection and Cookies
Processing of personal data is subject to the Personal Data Protection Notice, and cookie usage to the Cookie Policy. The membership relationship is further governed by the Membership Agreement.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
12. Effectiveness and Changes
