Posting Listings

Posting a listing is quick and free. You only need to be signed in to your account to publish one.

1. Click the Post Listing button at the top right.
2. Choose the category that best fits your item — the right category helps buyers find you.
3. Enter a title, description and price.
4. Add clear, well-lit photos.
5. Review the details and click Publish.

Your listing goes through a short review before going live. Once approved, you'll get a notification and it will start appearing in the listings.

Every listing is reviewed against our community rules. A listing is usually rejected for one of these reasons:

• It's in the wrong category, or the title doesn't match the content.
• It contains a prohibited or restricted item.
• The description or photos are incomplete, misleading or copied.
• Contact details or advertising appear in the text or images.

If your listing was rejected, the notification we send includes the reason. Fix the issue mentioned and re-submit the listing.

You can update or take down your live listings at any time.

1. Go to My Listings in your account.
2. Click Edit next to the listing you want to change.
3. Update the price, description or photos and save.

To take a listing down, use Unpublish or Delete on the same page. Significant changes may send the listing through a short review again.

Quality images and a clear description help your listing sell much faster.

Photos

• Shoot in daylight against a plain background.
• Show the item from several angles, including any flaws.
• Don't use images taken from the internet or watermarked photos.

Description

• State the brand, model, age and condition.
• Be honest — clearly note any defects or damage.
• Answer the questions a buyer is likely to ask up front.

Accurate, complete details build buyer trust and cut down on unnecessary messages.

Promotion products help your listing appear higher and reach more people.

• Featured / Showcase: Your listing stands out at the top of category and search results.
• Urgent / Colored frame: Your listing is shown with an eye-catching label in the list.
• Bump up: Your listing is moved back to the top of the list.

To buy a promotion, go to My Listings and use the Promote option next to the listing. The fee appears on your invoice once payment is completed.
