Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay through our secure payment provider. The following methods are usually supported:

  • Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard).
  • Installments on eligible cards.

Your card details are never shared with us — payment is processed on the licensed provider's secure page. The options shown at checkout can vary by the service you buy and your card.

How do installments work?

On eligible credit cards you can split the price of the service you choose across several months.

  1. Enter your card details at checkout.
  2. If your card supports it, the installment option appears.
  3. Pick the number of installments that suits you and complete the payment.

Depending on the number of installments, your bank may add a small interest difference, shown on the payment screen. Installments are offered only on eligible cards and above a certain amount.

Where can I view my invoice?

All your payments and invoices are stored in your account.

  1. Go to My Payments / My Invoices in your account.
  2. Use View / Download invoice next to the transaction.

Invoices can be downloaded as PDF. If the invoice details (company name, tax office/number) need correcting, create a support request after the transaction and let us know.

What are the refund and cancellation terms?

Refund terms depend on the service you bought:

  • You can request a refund for a service that is not yet used (e.g. a promotion that hasn't started).
  • For partly used time-based services, the refund is assessed based on the remaining time.
  • Fully used services are not eligible for a refund.

Send your refund request by creating a support request. Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with and, depending on your bank, reach your account within a few business days.

My payment failed — what should I do?

When a payment fails the transaction isn't completed and you're usually not charged. Try the following:

  • Check the card number, expiry date and CVV.
  • Make sure your card is enabled for online/international transactions.
  • Enter the 3D Secure verification code your bank sends.
  • Try again with a different card.

After a failed payment you may see a temporary hold on your card; your bank releases it shortly. If the problem persists, create a support request.
