Operating Principle

The machine generates a controlled flame using propane gas or natural gas. The flame melts the surface of polyester-containing foam, felt, and similar materials, allowing them to be bonded securely to fabrics, artificial leather, and other substrates without the need for additional adhesives.

Installation Requirements

• A ventilation system is required to remove smoke and odors generated during the lamination process.
• An open-loop water cooling system must be connected to cool machine components exposed to high temperatures.
• The use of one chiller water cooling unit is recommended.
