100 kg Heated Vertical PVC Raw Material Mixer Mixer

Developed by ERK PVC Makine, the 100 kg capacity vertical PVC mixer is designed to deliver high homogeneity, short cycle times, and consistent performance during the critical mixing stage of PVC production.

Equipped with GM-TURBO PVC Mixer technology, the system provides high mixing performance for both soft and rigid PVC formulations thanks to its powerful motor and optimized impeller design. Its compact design makes it particularly suitable for small and medium-sized businesses.

The specially designed impellers are engineered to achieve maximum mixing quality with minimum energy consumption. The system also supports Industry 4.0-compatible automation and R&D-based solutions to help improve production efficiency.

Applications: PVC door and window profiles, PVC curtain rails and cable ducts, PVC cable and pipe systems, irrigation hoses, waterproofing products, flooring, PVC film and tarpaulins, WPC wood-plastic composite panels, and metallic powder paint production.

The EPM – V100 FV / SS model offers a 100 kg batch capacity, a production capacity of 3–4 batches per hour, a 300 L heating mixer volume, and a 520 L cooling mixer volume. Alternative models are available in 100 kg, 150 kg, and 200 kg capacities.
