• The machine is a pneumatic volumetric filling machine.
• Filling volume can be easily adjusted and recorded using the handwheel and graduated dial.
• The product to be filled is drawn directly from the production tank by the machine.
• Thanks to its high surface smoothness and argon welding technology, the machine helps prevent bacterial growth and contamination.
• Sealing elements are manufactured from PTFE (Teflon), Viton or polyethylene, depending on the chemical properties and temperature of the product being filled.
• Machine components are connected using Tri-Clamp connections.
• The nozzle, valve and filling piston are designed for easy cleaning.
• Components can be easily removed without using any tools.
• Interchangeable filling nozzles are available for liquid, viscous and particulate products, depending on the product characteristics.
• A filling tray platform is provided for positioning containers during the filling process. The platform can be easily adjusted vertically according to the container height.
• The machine is mounted on a stainless steel frame with 4 wheels.
• Thanks to its wheels, the machine can be easily moved to the desired location and quickly prepared for filling.
• Both benchtop and mobile models are available.
• The machine operates with 6–8 bar compressed air.
• No electrical or electronic systems are used in the machine.
• All product-contact surfaces are manufactured from 316-grade stainless steel.
• The outer surfaces, protective sheet-metal panels and legs are manufactured from 304-grade stainless steel and aluminum.

Chemical and Cosmetic:

Liquid detergent, liquid hand soap, liquid dishwashing detergent, gel detergent, fabric softener, cologne, bleach, disinfectant, shampoo, liquid fertilizer, soft soap, lotion, cream, hair gel, medical liquids, etc.

Lubricants:

Engine oil, fuel additives, antifreeze and various lubricants.

Paint and Coatings:

Paint, solvents, thinner, solvent-based paint, etc.
