Fully Automatic Bottle Labeling Machine – REM-C1

REM-C1 Fully Automatic Bottle Labeling Machine is designed for precise and consistent labeling of bottles, jars, cans and similar packaging. Settings can be easily adjusted for different types of packaging, allowing multiple products to be labeled using a single machine.

Wrapping System:

REM-C1 is equipped as standard with a wrapping system consisting of an elastomer sponge and polymer wrapping conveyor. Particularly for full-wrap labeling applications, the system provides precise positioning to help prevent labels from being applied diagonally or unevenly. The inductive motor driving the wrapping conveyor features adjustable speed control, similar to the other conveyor groups.

Label Dispensing Module:

The machine uses a specially designed label dispensing module developed by the manufacturer. The module is controlled through the PLC located in the main control panel. This ensures synchronized operation of the entire system, while all settings of the label dispensing module can be easily adjusted through the user-friendly touchscreen operator panel.
