Semi-Automatic Weighing Filling Machine - RYD-V32L

RYD-V32L is designed for highly precise dosing and filling of various powder products, including powders with low flowability.

The RYD-V32L semi-automatic auger powder filling machine with weighing system provides fast and precise filling of powder and low-flowability products. Its auger pitch can be customized according to the product and filling requirements.

Unlike similar machines that use simple brake-equipped asynchronous motors, the dosing process is performed by a high-technology servo motor. This helps prevent motor overheating during continuous filling operations and minimizes excessive weight deviations during high-speed filling.

The touchscreen operator panel and PLC control unit offer multiple functions. The machine can be controlled and production-related numerical data can be easily monitored through the display.

The integrated agitator in the standard hopper of the RYD-V32L allows reliable filling even with difficult, low-flowability powder products. The standard agitator speed adjustment enables suitable flowability for different types of products.

The machine features 4 different agitation modes. It can provide continuous agitation, agitate for a specified period after each filling cycle, agitate only during filling or agitate at defined time intervals. These functions allow sensitive products to be filled in a controlled manner.

The standard feeding auger integration with 3 different operating modes allows feeding augers to be integrated into the system. This provides continuous product feeding according to the characteristics of the product.

Low power consumption allows the RYD-V32L to operate efficiently in different working environments. The machine does not require industrial power and consumes less than 2500 watts even at full load.

The filling range is 50-5000 grams. For lower dosing requirements, the auger pitch can be specially manufactured according to the required dosage.

The highly precise weighing system helps minimize production waste during filling operations. It can achieve an accuracy of up to 0.5% even during high-weight filling applications.

The servo motor controlling the filling process can be programmed with 4 different speed settings. This allows more precise filling, particularly for high-value products, with the possibility of achieving accuracy below 1 gram depending on the application.

The machine offers two different operating modes. Filling can be performed either according to the weighing system or based on the number of auger rotations.
