TR 1100 Watermelon Harvesting Machine

Our machine is designed to help farmers complete their work FASTER and MORE EASILY during the short watermelon harvesting season, allowing them to harvest LARGER AREAS in less time while providing high efficiency and ease of use.

The machine operates through the tractor PTO and separates the seeds from pumpkins using manual labor. It provides significant advantages to farmers during the harvesting of pumpkins and watermelons, which are widely cultivated in our region, thanks to the following features.

• Tractors with 45 HP or higher can operate the machine comfortably.
• The operating system is designed to work efficiently with teams of up to 15 people at 11–16 throttle.
• With this operating capacity, the machine can process 20 tons of pumpkins and 40 tons of watermelons per hour.
• Common problems such as cracking and damage to pumpkin and watermelon seeds are minimized with our machine.
• The seed loss rate is 0% during pumpkin and watermelon processing.
• One of the machine's key advantages is its ability to operate without overloading the engine while providing fuel savings.
• With a 99% cleaning rate, the machine contributes to obtaining high-quality seeds.
