- It is used for flushing drilled boreholes, pressure water tests, dam and reservoir construction processes, including gate and curtain applications, as well as contact and consolidation grouting operations in tunnel construction.
- Thanks to its inflatable structure, it can be lowered into the borehole where grouting will be performed using a drill rod, special grouting pipe, rubber hose, or steel cable.
- Following on-site preparation and adjustment checks, it can be inflated using a pressure pump with air, gas, or water.
- Its expansion capacity can reach twice its diameter, while it can shorten by approximately 2/3 of its length when fully inflated.
- In addition to high strength and flexibility, it provides excellent sealing performance on uneven surfaces.
- Manufactured with a specially designed steel-cord rubber hose, the packers can be continuously deflated and inflated, allowing repeated use in the same borehole.
