Torunsan TRN-BCM-300 Brick Cutting Machine

TRN-BCM-300 enables the cutting of bricks, concrete blocks, marble, granite, stone, and similar concrete-based materials using a suitable saw blade. Since the cutting motor is directly connected to the saw blade, there is no power loss during cutting. The saw block moves on two chrome shafts via bearings, providing smooth and precise cutting.

The water motor installed on the machine provides cooling for the saw blade during cutting. By tilting the rails to both sides, 45-degree cuts can be made, while the mitre system on the platform enables 90-degree angled cuts. The machine moves along the rails using a cable carrier system.

The saw and rail system of the semi-automatic machine are controlled via the control panel. Forward and reverse movement as well as speed adjustment are provided. The machine is delivered with the requested saw blade diameter.
