TRN-CIM-100 Piston Cement Injection Machine is designed with hydraulic pump drive and a dual-tank system to provide continuous operation and superior reliability in your construction and infrastructure projects. Thanks to its innovative dual-tank injection machine design, mixing/resting can be performed in one tank while pumping continues from the other tank. The powerful hydraulic system provides a zero-cost drive performance that supports the machine's long service life and reliable operation.

TRN-CIM-100 has the capacity to perform 100-bar injection with a 1.8-inch nozzle diameter. It can be used in a wide range of applications such as Mini Jet Grout, ground reinforcement, underground reinforced concrete structure construction, waterproofing, and crack repair. It can also pump different construction materials or chemicals with similar viscosity. All electrical components consist of high-quality Siemens components, while the hydraulic components are manufactured by Rexroth. Titanium and chrome-plated cylinder liner options provide long-lasting and reliable operation even with abrasive mixtures. Depending on the model, piston thrust force can be adjusted between 6 and 20 tons.

High hydraulic oil capacity and water-cooled oil cooling ensure continuous operation even under extreme environmental conditions. Its practical operation, easy cleaning, and piston group replacement that does not require specialized personnel after training save labor and time. Operator safety is prioritized with protection systems against overheating and excessive pressure. Its modular design provides easy transportation and quick assembly/disassembly.
