About the Medical and Hookah Hose Manufacturing Machine
The Medical and Hookah Hose Manufacturing Machine is a compact hose production line designed to deliver high efficiency in limited production spaces with the APM 25 Compact Corrugator system. Operating as a complete hose manufacturing system within an area of approximately 2 square meters (200 cm × 100 cm), this machine is specially designed for the production of both hookah hoses and medical hoses. Supported by an oil-lubricated two-stage vacuum pump, the production system ensures stable hose forming and consistently high product quality throughout the manufacturing process.

The machine offers a production capacity of approximately 15–20 kg per hour using PE and PP raw materials. Thanks to its compact design, it operates efficiently even in small production facilities. Its robust construction and modern control system provide low energy consumption while ensuring reliable, long-lasting, and standards-compliant production. In addition, the production line can be expanded with optional equipment to meet a variety of manufacturing requirements.
