Conpromac CB-12 Concrete Block and Pumice Block Machine is a powerful single-hopper production solution developed with a focus on high efficiency, long-term operating performance, and high-volume production capacity.

The CB-12 model has a production capacity of 12 blocks measuring 20 cm in a single cycle. The central section of the machine features a separating and combining system that increases the 12 blocks produced on the pallet to 18 blocks for shipment preparation. The system is designed to produce different product heights ranging from 170 mm to 220 mm.

Thanks to its fully automatic PLC-controlled operating structure, the production process can be managed with minimal operator intervention.

With an average production capacity of 180 pallets per hour, the CB-12 offers an efficient investment solution with its quick mold change capability and robust mechanical structure.
