Karakaya Makina Poultry Feather Plucking Machine

Karakaya Poultry Plucking Machine is designed for removing feathers from chickens, geese, ducks, turkeys, pheasants, partridges, quails, and similar domestic and game birds using the wet-plucking method.

The machine consists of a chrome-nickel plucking chamber available in different sizes, a motor-driven gearbox transmission system, and a rotating plucking table with a chrome-nickel main body. The rubber plucking fingers mounted on the rotating table provide fast and effective feather removal.

Manually cleaning poultry such as chickens, geese, ducks, turkeys, pheasants, partridges, and quails is a time-consuming and labor-intensive process. Manual cleaning is not an efficient solution for high-volume processing or continuous production applications.

Karakaya Poultry Plucking Machines have been developed to provide fast, clean, and efficient feather removal. The wet-plucking system offers advantages in terms of ease of use, efficiency, and processing time. In this method, the poultry is immersed in water at 55–60 °C until the feather follicles loosen and open. This facilitates the plucking process and helps save significant time.
