Fully Automatic Plastic Cap Making Machine PLS32Q

CSA Endüstri’s MayCUP PLS32Q model is a fully automatic cap production machine developed for manufacturing plastic caps from HIPS, PET, PS, and PVC films. It produces caps from material with a thickness of 0.15–0.55 mm, up to 150 mm in diameter and 30 mm in depth, with a capacity of approximately 96–384 pieces/minute for 60 mm caps. The automatic forming, cutting, and product collection systems operate on a single production line.
