General Features of the RMX-U1 U-Type Granule and Powder Mixer

The RMX-U1 U-type ribbon mixer can be used for powder-to-powder, powder-to-granule, granule-to-granule and humidification mixing applications.

Various modules can be added during and after production. This provides economical, practical and efficient solutions for mixing processes.

The RMX-U1 horizontal mixer features a three-directional screw system. This system simultaneously moves the material being mixed in three directions, enabling highly homogeneous mixtures. The required mixing time is significantly shorter compared to similar mixers, increasing overall production performance.

It is 100% domestically manufactured. All machine components are produced within Renas Makina. The gearbox and motor assembly used in the machine are also sourced from other domestic manufacturers.

The 125-liter RMX-U1 horizontal powder mixer is manufactured from SUS 304 stainless steel. Upon request, it can also be manufactured from DKP sheet metal or SUS 316 stainless steel.

RMX-U1 U-series ribbon mixers are manufactured in 3 different sizes to meet various requirements. Each model offers a different volume capacity. You can select the model that best suits your requirements and production capacity.

All filling covers of the mixer are equipped with safety switches that stop operation when the covers are opened. This provides a safe working environment.

The machine features a fully grounded body structure.

It is equipped with a mixing direction change switch.

The RMX-U1 U-type granule and powder mixer features a control panel that enables start-stop operation.

Lockable wheels are mounted on the machine body, allowing the machine to be easily relocated.

Thanks to its ergonomic design, cleaning and maintenance operations can be performed easily.

The machine has a capacity of 125 liters.

Optional Features for the RMX-U1 U-Type Granule and Powder Mixer

An optional pneumatically controlled, automatically opening discharge cover can be added. This feature allows the mixed product to be integrated directly with packaging or filling lines. The discharge cover can be configured to remain open continuously or for a specified period.

An optional pneumatically controlled, automatically opening filling cover can also be added. This allows integration with fully automatic feeding systems and enables the machine's product feeding cover to open automatically.

A timer can be added as an optional feature. This allows the mixing time to be programmed and the desired mixing duration to be set.

Loadcell weighing systems with 1, 2, 3 or 5 outputs are among the optional features available for the machine. This feature enables different product types to be automatically fed according to their programmed weights.

Two separate filling covers can be added optionally. This allows the product feeding cover to be configured with one fixed and one movable section, or with both sections movable.

Humidification nozzles can be added to the RMX-U1 U-type granule and powder mixer upon request. This feature allows the moisture content of the mixture to be increased.

A fully automatic metered humidification system can also be added as an optional feature. This system allows the desired amount of moisture or liquid active ingredient to be added to the mixture from the liquid tank integrated into the machine.

PLC and touchscreen-controlled mixing automation supported by loadcell weighing can be added upon request. This feature allows recipes to be created for different mixtures and the specified quantities to be automatically loaded from product silos. The mixing time can also be set, and the product can be automatically discharged once the mixing cycle is completed.

The 220 V input low-torque / 380 V high-torque speed adjustment system allows the machine's mixing speed to be adjusted. This feature is particularly suitable for workshops without industrial power supply and for production processes that do not require high power.
