ROD-K400U - General Features of the Cream Tube Filling and Sealing Machine

The ROD-K400U ultrasonic fully automatic cream tube filling and sealing machine can be used to fill products such as creams, facial masks, skincare products, makeup remover milk, honey, jam and molasses.

All surfaces of the machine, both those that come into contact with the product and those that do not, are manufactured from SUS 304 stainless steel. Only certain parts in the stations are made of aluminum. Low-oxidation-resistance 201 stainless steel is not used on any surface of the machine.

Thanks to its ergonomic design, it provides a more practical operation compared to similar machines and operates more quietly. It can reach a filling capacity of up to 30 units per minute.

It is a combined production line consisting of 6 stations. Operator intervention is only required to place empty tubes into the tube feeding hopper. The machine automatically takes the tube from the feeding hopper, determines its orientation, fills it, seals it and cuts off the excess sealing material. If the optional leakage inspection station is selected, the machine also performs the leakage inspection before automatically ejecting the tube from the rotary table. The machine operates fully automatically. A single operator can comfortably control up to 5 machines simultaneously.

The machine offers a wide filling weight range. Thanks to our various filling range options and additional filling sets available for different filling ranges, a single machine can operate smoothly with many different products.

Thanks to tube molds designed for different diameters, the machine can operate with cream tubes of various diameters. Our mold costs are highly economical.

Thanks to the photoelectric sensors installed at each station, the machine operates only when a tube is present in front of the corresponding station. If there is no tube in front of a station, that station does not operate. This helps prevent product waste while maximizing energy efficiency and production efficiency.

The easy-to-use touchscreen operator panel allows you to conveniently adjust all stations using virtually just one tube. All stations can be adjusted using the adjustment handwheels located above each station. Operation and adjustment processes are quick and easy thanks to the multifunctional manual operation menu.

The ROD-K400U ultrasonic fully automatic cream tube filling and sealing machine can seal all types of cream tubes that can be heat-sealed, including PVC, laminated, nylon, plastic, PET and PP tubes.

The machine is 100% domestically manufactured, providing highly accessible spare parts and technical service. Spare parts and technical service costs are considerably more economical compared to equivalent machines.
