Thanks to its wet spraying system and advanced filtration system, the machine provides a dust-free and healthy blasting experience. The ST22 model is designed to allow heavy and bulky parts to be easily moved into the cabin through its fully automatic movement system and processed using operator-assisted manual blasting. It is designed to enable operators to work with heavy and large parts safely, efficiently, and for longer periods.

The dedicated loading stand facilitates easy part loading. Parts can be conveniently positioned on the rotary table using an overhead crane, forklift, or hoist.

The model is particularly preferred for aluminum extrusion dies, rubber injection molds, automotive spare parts, plastic injection molds, and defense and aerospace industry applications.

The wet blasting method, which improves the success rate of coating, heat treatment, and nitriding processes, provides a more homogeneous and balanced surface cleaning compared to dry blasting. It enables precise and effective cleaning without causing excessive penetration or embedding on the surface. In addition, the balancing effect of water provides up to 40% savings in abrasive consumption.
