Its wet spraying system and advanced filtration system provide a dust-free and healthy blasting experience.

The basic operating principle involves placing parts of a size and weight that can be held and rotated by hand inside the cabin and processing them with the wet blasting nozzle held by the other hand. The wet blasting machine enables parts that can fit inside the cabin and be rotated comfortably to be processed quickly and effectively without causing environmental harm.

Wet blasting can be safely used for deburring products using the wet slurry blasting method, as well as for surface cleaning and surface preparation before coating.

As our entry-level model, the ST1 Wet Blasting Machine is preferred in the medical, automotive, rubber, and additive manufacturing (3D) industries due to its compact design and small footprint. Wet blasting can be safely used in the automotive industry, particularly for the refurbishment, cleaning, and reuse of aluminum engine components.

Wet blasting prevents abrasive material from becoming embedded or lodged in the surface, helping achieve more successful results in subsequent processes. By adding a portable rotary table inside the cabin, the machine can be converted into the ST2 model.
