Our fully automatic machine is capable of performing wet blasting on internal and external diameters of up to 150 cm, delivering excellent results on areas that are particularly difficult to process manually. It is designed for wet blasting the internal and external diameters of long, hollow components used in the aerospace and defense industries.

The automatic rotary table movement allows the loaded part to rotate around its own axis while also moving between different workstations for internal and external diameter wet blasting. Parts are loaded individually with the assistance of an operator and retrieved from the loading area after completing the entire processing sequence.

A robotic arm loading system can be integrated to eliminate the need for operator assistance. The cabin dimensions are designed according to the height of the workpiece. This model is particularly preferred by the aerospace industry for processing long components.

To achieve the desired RA value, aluminum oxide can be used as an abrasive material in addition to glass beads.
