ST-1 Steam Generator

Single-element steam generator; it is equipped as standard with a pressure gauge, pressure adjustment via a pressure switch, safety valve, and phase indicator lights.

The product is tested and approved at our facility before shipment. It is covered by a 1-year warranty.

• Water and Limescale Maintenance: Appropriate water treatment should be applied together with regular boiler maintenance
• Steam Production Capacity: 12 kg/hour
• Initial Usable Steam Time: Approximately 10 minutes under typical production test conditions. Very cold inlet water may add approximately 5 minutes to this time.
• Pre-Shipment Pressure and Function Test: The pressure switch is temporarily set to 4 bar(g) for steam pressure and visible leakage checks. The 3 bar(g) cut-off and 2 bar(g) restart settings are then verified.
