TRN-CIM-80 Cement Injection Machine is manufactured with a dual-tank design and has the capacity to provide uninterrupted service to the user. Its dual-tank structure allows different cement mixtures to be used simultaneously. This provides flexibility in projects and offers fast solutions for various requirements. With the dual tanks, the user can prepare the mixture in the first tank and transfer it to the other tank. While the pumping process continues from the delivery tank with the help of P8, 2L6, and 2L8 rotor & stator models according to the cement outlet requirements, mixing in the first tank can continue without interruption. This feature puts the machine one step ahead of comparable machines.

The liquid cement with a grout-like consistency, obtained by mixing the desired amount of water and cement, provides successful solutions for applications such as tunnel interiors and portals, rock bolts along roadsides, ground reinforcement, ground filling, and filling cracks in tunnels located in dams and hydroelectric power plants, with the innovative P8 or high-performance 2L6/2L8 pump according to the application requirements.
