Operating Principle
- Suction: Dirty and dusty air is transferred to the filter hopper by means of a high-pressure fan.
- Settling: Heavy particles are slowed down and directly settled into the lower hopper.
- Filtration: Fine dust is retained on the outer surface of specially manufactured cylindrical filter bags.
- Cleaning: The electronic timer card sends 0.1-second shock air pulses into the filter bags through pulse valves.
- Discharge: Dust discharged from the filter bags is removed from the system through a screw conveyor or rotary valve in the lower chamber.
