How Does the System Work?

Smart Trolley and Crane Line: After the components are attached to hangers or crane chains at the loading station, they are automatically transported to the blasting chamber using the motorized trolley and crane system.

Precise Rotation: Once inside the chamber, the hangers rotate around their own axis in a controlled manner through an inverter-controlled rotation system.

Blind-Spot-Free Cleaning: 3-10 high-performance YILDIRIM turbines, positioned at optimized angles, apply homogeneous blasting to all surfaces of the components in accordance with the Sa 2.5 – Sa 3 cleaning standard.

Technical Advantages

High Turbine Efficiency: Manufactured from special wear-resistant alloy materials with Manganese and Hardox protection support, the turbines provide high blasting performance with low energy consumption.

Automatic Abrasive Recirculation: The used abrasive is separated from dust and unusable particles through screw conveyor, elevator and air separator systems and automatically returned to the system. This design provides low abrasive consumption and high operating efficiency.

Centralized Control: Thanks to the PLC infrastructure, trolley and crane movements, hanger rotation speed, blasting duration and filtration system are managed from a single control center. Fault and maintenance notifications are instantly displayed on the operator panel.

Environmentally Friendly and Quiet Operation: High-suction Jet-Pulse filter units prevent dust generated during operation from spreading into the surrounding environment. The optimized system design provides low-vibration and reduced-noise operation.
