Peanut Brittle Bar Production Line is designed for the continuous production of crunchy bars prepared with roasted nuts, seeds, and caramelized sugar or syrup-based binders. The line combines cooking, mixing, forming, cooling, and cutting processes to produce brittle bars with consistent structure, dimensions, and weight.

The production process can be adapted to recipes prepared with peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, and different raw materials. Controlled cooking and mixing provide the desired caramelization and binder structure, while the forming and cutting units ensure standardized product dimensions.
