Conpromac Collection Robot

Conpromac Product Collection Robot System is a fully automatic product transfer and stacking solution designed to collect cured concrete products from production pallets and prepare them for shipment.

Thanks to its robust mechanical design with a hydraulic gantry structure, the system precisely picks up cured products from production pallets and transfers them to shipping pallets or directly onto conveyor systems.

The four-way hydraulic gripping mechanism mounted on the robot is designed to work with different product types and geometries. This flexible structure enables safe gripping and transfer of paving stones, concrete blocks, curbs, construction blocks, and similar concrete products.

Thanks to its advanced motion system, the collection robot can rotate products by 90°, 180°, or 270° during stacking, allowing them to be placed on top of each other in the desired arrangement for shipping or packaging.

This automation system accelerates the product collection process, significantly reduces the need for manual labor, improves packaging efficiency, and contributes to uninterrupted operation of the production line.
