CPB-42 High-Capacity Fully Automatic Double-Hopper Machine

Conpromac CPB-42 Concrete Paving Stone and Pumice Block Machine is one of the advanced concrete paving stone, block, and pumice block production machines in the Conpromac product range, developed by the Conpromac engineering team for high-capacity production facilities.

Designed with modern production technologies, the CPB-42 provides extensive flexibility for producing concrete paving stones, concrete blocks, curbs, pumice blocks, wall blocks, gutter stones, and various concrete structural elements. The system is designed to produce different product heights ranging from 50 mm to 300 mm.

Depending on the product transfer infrastructure preferred at the production facility, the system can be integrated with a pallet stand system, rack curing system, or finger car transfer systems.

The CPB-42 production line includes, as standard, the main pressing unit, pallet handling systems, wet product transfer systems, dry product transfer systems, and a fully automatic industrial automation infrastructure that centrally manages the entire production process.

The production line operates through two main processes. In the first stage, wet products coming out of the press machine are directed to the stacking unit through automatic transfer systems and placed into the curing process. After completing the curing process, the products are transferred through the dry product transfer line in the second stage and prepared for packaging and shipment.

The CPB-42 operates on a fully automatic principle and is managed by advanced PLC-based industrial control systems. All operations within the facility are synchronized through the central automation infrastructure, maintaining the same quality standard for every pressing cycle and consistent production performance across every shift.

The automation software features a user-friendly interface that can be adapted to different language options. Thanks to the central control panel with a touchscreen interface, the entire system, from aggregate feeding to product packaging, can be easily managed by a single operator.

The modular automation architecture provides an expandable structure that can be adapted to customers' future capacity increase or facility expansion requirements.
