Net Makina 2D CNC Wire Bending Machine

The machine feeds the wire from the coil through horizontal and vertical straightening units to the bending unit. Geared servo torque motors control the feeding and forming movements. The 180-degree rotating turret structure enables the creation of two different bending radii on the same part.

Part programs are prepared using a 21-inch touchscreen and Net Makine’s dedicated Windows-compatible software. Repetitive movements can be defined using the LOOP function. Optional barcode printer integration enables part labels to be printed according to the production quantity.
