The steel wire straightening and cutting machine transforms wire unwound from coils into production-ready straight lengths while maintaining dimensional and surface accuracy.

Configuration: According to wire diameter and material

Coiled wire is fed from the decoiler into the straightening unit. The rollers controlledly eliminate the curvature of the wire while the feeding system tracks the programmed length. Once the target length is reached, the cutting unit is activated, producing straight wire ready for further processing.

The straightening roller arrangement, feeding structure, and cutting system are determined according to wire diameter, material grade, surface requirements, and target part length. This ensures an intermediate product suitable for subsequent bending, welding, or assembly operations.
