TR 5000 Fully Automatic Pumpkin Harvester has been developed to enable farmers to work faster, more comfortably and across larger areas, particularly during the short pumpkin harvesting season. With its high capacity, the machine ensures that the harvesting process is completed efficiently, quickly and continuously.

The machine significantly eliminates the need for intensive manual labor and seasonal workers, which are among the major challenges faced by pumpkin producers. With its high working capacity, the machine can harvest approximately 70,000–130,000 m² per day while efficiently separating the pumpkin seeds.

With the fully automatic TR 5000 system;

• Pumpkins are collected directly from the field and transferred to the crushing chamber without the need for manual labor.
• Pumpkin seeds are separated in the first beater chamber.
• The seeds are screened through the second and third screening systems and transferred to the storage hopper.
• The collected seeds are automatically discharged from the storage hopper.

The integrated fan system enables the pumpkin seeds to be dried by approximately 20%. In addition, the specially developed plant residue crusher system helps prevent weeds and pumpkin plant residues from entering the machine. This reduces the risk of blockages and ensures a smoother and more continuous harvesting process.
