TR 3001 Fully Automatic Pumpkin Harvesting Machine with Fan

Developed to enable farmers to harvest faster, more comfortably, and across larger areas during the short pumpkin harvesting season, the TR 3001 Fan-Assisted Automatic Pumpkin Harvesting Machine minimizes the need for manual labor while providing a highly efficient harvesting process.

The machine automatically collects pumpkins from the field and transfers them to the crushing chamber. The seeds are then separated in the first threshing chamber, screened through the second and third sieves, and transferred to the storage chamber. The accumulated seeds are also discharged automatically.

The integrated fan system contributes to 20% seed drying, supporting efficient operation and improved harvesting performance.

Common issues such as seed damage and unshelled seed output encountered with other machines are prevented with the TR 3001, helping achieve high-quality results. With a 99% seed cleanliness rate, the machine contributes to consistent and high-quality seed production.

Powered via the tractor PTO shaft, the TR 3001 increases agricultural productivity by enabling larger areas to be harvested in less time. Suitable for both domestic and international use, the machine is protected through design registration and utility model registration by the Turkish Patent Institute under application number 2006/02298.
