TR 3002 Fully Automatic Pumpkin Harvesting Machine with Fan and Tefek Crusher

TR 3002 Pumpkin Harvester has been developed to enable farmers to work faster, more comfortably and across larger areas during the short pumpkin harvesting season. With its high harvesting capacity, it provides an efficient harvesting process while saving time and labor.

With its fully automatic operating system, the TR 3002 minimizes the need for manual labor by collecting pumpkins from the field, transferring them to the crushing chamber and automatically separating and storing the seeds.

The operating process includes;

• Automatically collecting pumpkins from the field and transferring them to the crushing chamber,
• Separating the seeds in the first beater chamber,
• Screening the seeds through the second and third screening systems and transferring them to the storage hopper,
• Automatically discharging the collected seeds from the storage hopper.

The integrated fan system helps dry the seeds by approximately 20%. The plant residue crusher system prevents pumpkin plants and weeds from entering the machine, reducing the risk of blockages and ensuring continuous operation.

The TR 3002 provides high product quality with an operating system designed to minimize seed damage and prevent seeds from being discharged with their shells. With a cleaning rate of up to 99%, it enables highly efficient seed separation and cleaning.

The TR 3002 operates through the tractor PTO shaft and is designed for both domestic and international agricultural applications. By minimizing the need for manual labor, it enables larger areas to be harvested in a shorter period.

The machine's design and utility model features are protected through registration by the Turkish Patent Institute under application number 2006/02298.
