TR 5000-Turbo Fully Automatic Pumpkin Machine

TR-5000-TURBO Fully Automatic Pumpkin Seed Harvester has been developed to provide high efficiency, speed and labor savings during the short pumpkin harvesting season. Designed for fast and continuous harvesting across large agricultural fields, the machine performs pumpkin collection, crushing, seed separation, screening and storage through a fully integrated system.

With its high working capacity, the TR-5000-TURBO can harvest an area of approximately 90,000–150,000 m² per day, significantly reducing the need for manual labor and lowering harvesting costs. Its fully automatic operating system enables a faster, more efficient and consistent harvesting process.

The fully automatic operating system provides;

• Automatic collection of pumpkins from the field and transfer to the crushing chamber without the need for manual labor,
• Seed separation in the first beater chamber,
• Screening of the seeds through the second and third screening systems,
• Transfer of the cleaned seeds to the storage hopper,
• Automatic discharge of the collected seeds from the storage hopper.

The integrated fan system helps dry the separated seeds by approximately 20%, facilitating subsequent processing and storage operations.

The specially developed plant residue crusher system helps prevent pumpkin plants and weeds from entering the machine together with the harvested crop. This system helps prevent blockages and maintains consistent machine performance during operation.
