YILDIRIM continuous hanger shot blasting machines are developed for high-volume and fully automatic surface treatment processes that operate continuously on mass production lines. Particularly suitable for facilities with intensive production schedules, they enable parts to be continuously shot blasted on a single line without operator intervention, saving labor while providing consistent surface quality.

Continuous Operating Principle and Operational Efficiency

1. Fully Automatic Conveyor Line

The system consists of a continuously moving hanger line and 360° rotating hanger mechanisms. After the parts are loaded onto the line, they are automatically conveyed to the shot blasting chamber. During movement inside the chamber, the hangers rotate around their own axes, ensuring homogeneous cleaning of all recesses and protrusions on the parts.

2. Optimized Turbine Placement

Positioned at precise angles inside the chamber, 2 to 8 high-efficiency YILDIRIM turbines remove rust, mill scale, and burrs within seconds. This technology guarantees the ideal surface roughness according to Sa 2.5 – Sa 3 standards before painting and coating.

3. Heavy-Duty Protection and Filtration

The steel-construction body, designed for heavy industrial conditions, is armored internally with manganese steel sheets and Hardox wear plates. The jet-pulse filter system continuously extracts the intense dust generated during operation, keeping the factory environment clean.
