Our tunnel-type systems operate by scanning the material 360 degrees with strategically positioned turbines as it moves along the inlet and outlet roller paths.

1. High-Performance Turbine Arrangement

Depending on the width and height of the workpiece, 4 to 16 high-efficiency turbines positioned around the tunnel simultaneously blast the bottom, top, and side surfaces of the material. This enables Sa 2.5 and Sa 3 cleanliness grades even on the most complex profiles.

2. Modular Roller Conveyor Line

Special alloy roller paths designed to withstand wear and transport heavy-tonnage sheets and profiles. With the inverter-controlled drive system, the material feed speed can be precisely adjusted according to the level of contamination.

3. Advanced Cleaning and Sweeping Unit

Automatic height-adjustable rotating brushes and high-pressure air nozzles located at the shot blasting chamber outlet completely remove residual abrasive and dust from the sheet surface, allowing the material to proceed directly to the painting line.
