Problems such as front-to-back label misalignment on oval and cylindrical products are minimized with advanced Chain Alignment technology. Products move along the production line with millimeter-level precision, allowing labels to be applied to the front and rear surfaces in perfectly aligned, symmetrical and orderly positions.

Smart Automation: Memory and Control

The ESP-140-250-XR7 is equipped with advanced automation features designed for easy operator use. The machine features two separate categories of digital recipe memory.

With the hardware recipe memory, mechanical parameters such as conveyor speed, wrapping belt, product spacing belt and top pressure belt can be stored in up to 50 different recipes. With the labeling recipe memory, precise parameters such as label output speed, positioning delay and label overhang can be stored in 40 different recipes. This allows the ideal labeling settings for each product to be recalled quickly.

Smart Warning Systems for Continuous Production

When the label roll is running low or the labeling process is complete, the system immediately alerts the operator with audible and visual warnings. This allows intervention before the labels run out completely and helps minimize production downtime.
