RYD-V28 - General Features of the Semi-Automatic Powder Filling Machine

RYD-V28 is a compact and economical auger powder filling machine designed specifically for filling products in small quantities.

All surfaces of the machine, both product-contact and non-product-contact, are manufactured from SUS 304 stainless steel.

It provides precise dosing even with low-flowability powder products. For highly flowable powders, the machine can also operate reliably with augers manufactured with different pitch ranges and angles according to the product requirements.

Unlike similar machines that use simple brake-equipped asynchronous motors, dosing is performed by a high-technology stepper motor. This helps prevent motor overheating during continuous filling operations and enables highly precise dosing during high-speed production.

The touchscreen operator panel and PLC control unit are fully designed in Turkish and are very easy to operate. All machine functions can be controlled through the operator panel, while numerical production data can be easily monitored on the screen.

The agitator integrated into the standard hopper of the RYD-V28 allows reliable filling even with difficult, low-flowability powder products. The standard agitator speed adjustment enables suitable dosing conditions for different types of products.

The machine's control software features 4 different agitation modes. Continuous agitation can be performed, agitation can be activated for a specific period after each filling cycle, agitation can operate only during filling, or agitation can be performed at defined time intervals. These functions allow sensitive products to be filled in a controlled manner.

The standard feeding auger integration with 3 different operating modes allows a feeding auger to be integrated into the system. This enables continuous product feeding according to the characteristics of the product.

The RYD-V28 has very low power consumption. The machine does not require industrial power and consumes less than 2500 watts even at full load.

The standard stepper motor model can fill products between 1 and 500 grams. For higher filling weights, a servo motor option can be added to increase the filling range up to 1 kilogram. The auger pitch can also be specially manufactured according to the required dosage.

RYD-V28 is manufactured in accordance with Turkish Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331. It provides a safe working environment with an emergency stop button and a fully grounded body. Its body is manufactured from antibacterial materials and designed to comply with GMP and FDA standards.

Servo Motor Option: With the servo motor option, the machine can handle products from 1 to 1000 grams. This option can increase filling speed by at least 3 times compared with the stepper motor model. The servo motor option is priced at USD 1,000.
