Developed to enable farmers to harvest faster, more comfortably and across much larger areas during the short watermelon harvesting season, the TR 3001 Fan-Assisted Automatic Watermelon Harvesting Machine is designed to maximize harvesting efficiency with its high capacity and fully automatic operating system.

Our machine significantly reduces one of the most important challenges faced by watermelon producers: the need for intensive manual labor and workforce availability. With its high working capacity, it can harvest 50,000 – 100,000 m² of watermelon per day while simultaneously separating the seeds within the same system.

The TR 3001 Fan-Assisted Automatic Watermelon Harvesting Machine automatically collects watermelons from the field without the need for manual labor and transfers them directly to the crushing chamber. The process is carried out as follows:

• Seeds are separated from the fruit in the first threshing chamber.
• The seeds are screened and cleaned through the second and third sieves.
• The cleaned seeds are transferred to the storage hopper.
• The accumulated seeds are automatically discharged from the storage hopper.

The integrated fan system contributes to drying the seeds by up to 20%. It also helps prevent common problems in the industry, such as seed damage and seeds being discharged with their shells. With a 99% cleanliness rate, the TR 3001 provides high-quality seeds and stands out with its efficient and reliable operating system.

Operating through the tractor PTO, the machine minimizes the need for manual labor and enables more produce to be harvested in a shorter period of time.

In addition to being used in domestic markets, the TR 3001 is also preferred internationally for watermelon and pumpkin harvesting. Its technical features provide significant advantages to farmers. These features have been officially protected under Application No. 2006/02298 through design registration and utility model registration by the Turkish Patent Institute.
