EVAKİM Paint Shop Solutions and Engineering is a Türkiye-based engineering and manufacturing company operating in industrial paint shop systems, air treatment technologies, and engineering solutions for painting processes.

With more than 20 years of field and application experience, EVAKİM manages process engineering, mechanical design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning processes as an integrated whole.

Our main areas of activity include wet and electrostatic powder coating systems, wet-type and dry-filter paint booths, industrial drying and curing ovens, surface pretreatment systems, air conditioning and ventilation systems, paint overspray separation and filtration systems, paint sludge treatment processes, and robotic painting applications.

One of EVAKİM's areas of expertise is overspray control and paint sludge treatment processes in wet-type paint booths. In addition to designing and manufacturing paint shop equipment, we also develop and supply process chemicals used for paint digestion, coagulation/flocculation, pH control, and foam control.

This combined experience in mechanical systems and chemical processes enables us to approach paint overspray problems not merely as a filtration issue, but as a holistic system in which air, water, paint, and process parameters are evaluated together.

EVAKİM also provides solutions for the engineering and system integration of six-axis paint robots, linear axis systems, and robotic painting cells for industrial applications.

With our in-house manufacturing infrastructure, we can perform fiber laser cutting, CNC press brake bending, fiber laser welding, TIG welding, and various sheet metal processing operations. This manufacturing capability allows us to develop custom-designed and retrofit solutions suitable for existing facility conditions rather than offering only standard equipment.

Our engineering approach to modernization and retrofit projects begins with analyzing the existing process, airflow rates, pressure conditions, filtration performance, paint characteristics, and operating conditions. Based on the data obtained, we design our systems by considering process performance, ease of maintenance, energy consumption, operating costs, and long-term reliability.
