STERINOKS Engineering Stainless Machinery Trade LTD. CO. was established in Çerkezköy, Tekirdağ, and has successfully continued its commercial activities in the manufacturing sector. As of 2023, our company has completed more than 17 km of installation welding and equipment manufacturing across hundreds of projects. Building on its growing brand value and industry experience, STERINOKS has expanded its operations into tank manufacturing and hygienic stainless steel solutions, establishing a strong presence in both domestic and international markets.

STERINOKS provides GMP-compliant stainless steel manufacturing services to companies operating in the pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries. With a professional team experienced in CCS risk assessment and highly specialized welding applications requiring advanced engineering expertise, our company aims to deliver superior solutions to manufacturing companies while creating added value for our country.

We undertake the design and installation of all project-related piping systems, ranging from under-machine steam lines to condensate and water systems used in new plant installations and renovations, as well as production-area piping and drainage systems. Using gas-shielded and orbital welding technologies, we provide complete packaged sterile piping solutions, including passivation testing.

As a solution partner, we provide comprehensive services including new plant installations, manufacturing of filtration, settling, and pressure tanks, renovation of heavy manhole covers on existing tanks, stainless steel platforms and safe access pathways, as well as the manufacturing of slip-resistant stairs, steps, and platform surfaces in compliance with occupational health and safety standards. We also undertake complete tank installation and assembly works.

Intensive chemical raw material use, impacts, drops, and similar external factors can cause surface roughness on tanks over time. Such surface defects cannot always be eliminated through chemical cleaning alone and may require professional polishing and surface finishing. Through precision surface polishing, we achieve a mirror-like appearance and excellent surface smoothness on stainless steel equipment.

We perform high-quality internal and external polishing on a wide range of equipment, from small mobile tanks and sample transport containers (trommels) to large-capacity storage and production tanks.

STERINOKS also serves as a solution partner in the manufacturing of housing filters according to specified technical requirements, barrel containers with custom covers featuring handles and locking systems, stationary or portable sampling vessels, stainless steel screens manufactured according to the required diameter, manhole covers designed according to specific tank temperature and pressure requirements, and certified connection equipment.
