The CB-18 model is a compact yet high-performance production system specifically developed for plants producing large quantities of pumice blocks and concrete blocks. The machine has a production capacity of 18 20 cm blocks per cycle, providing high operational efficiency in continuous production processes. The system is designed to manufacture products with heights ranging from 170 mm to 220 mm.

Thanks to its fully automatic PLC-controlled operation, the production process can be managed with high precision and minimal operator intervention.

With an average production capacity of up to 180 pallets per hour, the CB-18 offers a powerful and sustainable production solution for plants requiring high production output.

Its quick mold-changing system allows operators to complete mold changes within 5 to 7 minutes, enabling production to resume with minimal downtime.
