Conpromac Final Row Block Turning System is a specialized automation solution designed to protect products before shipment in the production of pumice blocks stacked with or without Euro pallets.

The system has been developed to eliminate the risk of breakage or cracking that may occur along the edges of the products in the top row during the strapping process. It carefully turns the products in the top row of the stack upside down and places them back in the upper position, allowing the strapping process to be carried out safely.

This method prevents damage that may occur due to the pressure exerted by the straps on the solid and reinforced bottom surface of the product. It helps maintain shipping quality and minimize product waste.
