Its hydraulic system operates within a pressure range of 120-200 bar, compacting the concrete mixture inside the mold to produce durable products with consistent dimensions.
The machine can produce 8 standard blocks measuring 20 × 40 × 20 cm or 20 interlocking paving stones in a single pressing cycle. During production, concrete products are pressed onto production pallets and remain on the same pallets throughout the drying process. Therefore, it is important to have a sufficient number of production pallets according to the planned production capacity when designing the facility.
High-Capacity and Controlled Production
The NBM 4020 features a powerful hydraulic system that supports continuous production of concrete blocks and paving stones. The concrete, compacted homogeneously inside the mold, is transferred onto production pallets in a controlled manner. This is intended to help maintain product shape, organize handling operations, and use the drying area efficiently throughout the production line.
The machine's automatic and manual operating options provide flexible use according to different production requirements. The operator can select the production program according to the requirements and can stop, pause, or resume the system from where it left off.
The program-controlled structure helps manage the production process more systematically while supporting the reduction of operator-related errors. The option for remote fault diagnosis and technical support via the internet also contributes to faster service processes.
NBM 4020 Technical and Production Specifications
Semi-Automatic Plant Setup
The recommended minimum facility area for the NBM 4020 semi-automatic production system is 4,000 m². Approximately 400 m² should be allocated for machinery and equipment, 2,000 m² for fresh product drying, 1,000 m² for dry product storage, 500 m² for aggregate storage, and 100 m² for empty pallet storage.
The required transformer or generator capacity for the semi-automatic system should be planned at 85 kVA, while the installed power of the facility should be 60 kW. A total of 9 personnel are required for the regular operation of the production line. Personnel planning can consist of two operators, one pallet driver, three fresh product handlers, and three aggregate feeders.

Fully Automatic Plant Setup
A minimum facility area of 4,000 m² is also recommended for fully automatic systems. The area can be allocated as 600 m² for machinery and equipment, 1,600 m² for the drying area, 1,200 m² for finished product storage, 500 m² for aggregate storage, and 100 m² for empty pallets.
A 110 kVA transformer or generator should be available to meet the energy requirements of the fully automatic facility. The installed power of the facility is 85 kW. Thanks to the level of automation, the production line can be operated by a total of three personnel: two operators and one forklift driver.
